dental care! Our entire dental team is committed to making each visit at our
Westlake Village office pleasant and comfortable, by taking the time to listen
and treating you as an individual. Our rooms are all equipped with televisions,
personalized headphones and comfort pillows, which along with Nitrous (laughing)
gas and twilight sedation, will allow you to reach the level of relaxation that
is right for you.
By continuously staying up-to-date on the latest advances in dentistry, and by
using the highest quality dental materials and equipment, you can rest assured
that you will always receive the finest care. Whether your dental needs are
simple or you are looking for an entire cosmetic make-over, you will always
leave our office with a comfortable, healthy, beautiful smile.

In order to provide excellent, timely care to all our patients from Conejo
Valley, we ask that you be on time for your appointments. If for any reason you
cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon

Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans. contact our office to verify
acceptance of your plan. Westlake Smile Design does not participate in Health
Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance
claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible
payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to
file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own
dentist.
Financial Arrangements
We understand how important your investment in your oral health and the beauty of
your smile is. Please choose from the following financial arrangements which
best suit your needs.
- Prepayment Courtesy Discount Option*
A prepayment courtesy of 10% will be subtracted from the total amount due if the
entire diagnosed treatment plan is paid in full prior to scheduling the first
treatment date, and if payment is by cash or check.
A prepayment courtesy of 5% will be subtracted from the total amount due if the
entire diagnosed treatment plan is paid in full by credit card prior to
scheduling the first treatment date.
- Financing
Westlake Smile Design offers financing upon application and approval, to anyone,
regardless of insurance status. Multiple financing options are available,
including interest-free financing for up to 1 year. More information about your
financing options will be given to you upon request.
- Pay-as-you-go
With or without insurance you may choose to pay-as-you-go by paying your
obligation for that particular treatment at the time of the visit.
- Lay-Away Payments
You may also choose to make payments in amounts that are comfortable to you in
advance of starting treatment. Once the sufficient balance has been accumulated,
we will proceed with the prepaid treatment.
